12 YEARS OF OUTSTANDING CHILDCARE

TO REGISTER AT RENAISSANCE NURSERIES

1. Eligibility and Funding Requirements

  • To access 15 hours of Government-Funded Childcare, non-working parents must obtain a six-digit eligibility code.
  • To access 30 hours of Government-Funded Childcare (for eligible working families), parents must obtain an 11-digit eligibility code.
  • Parents applying for University-Funded Childcare must ensure that funding has been formally approved prior to confirming a place.
  • Parents applying for College-Funded Childcare must provide official confirmation of childcare approval from the college before the child’s start date, unless otherwise agreed in writing with management.

2. Initial Enquiry and Visit

  • Parents are required to submit our online Enquiry Form to formally register their interest.
  • A visit to the preferred nursery setting is strongly encouraged upon submission of the Enquiry From, providing an opportunity to ask questions, view the environment, and meet the team.
  • Parents should carefully review our Fees and Funding Information, which is available on our website.
  • We also recommend reading through our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) to ensure a clear understanding of our operations, policies, and expectations.
  • All prospective parents must review our Terms of Agreement, which outlines the full terms and conditions of our service. This document forms the legally binding contract between the nursery and the parent upon acceptance of a place.

3. Securing a Place

  • To confirm a place:
  • For privately funded or mixed (private and government-funded) places, payment of the first month’s childcare fees and a registration fee is required.
  • For children attending fully Government-Funded places, payment of the Consumables Fee is applicable. Parents or carers who are unemployed or where only one parents is employed (as evidenced by a Universal Credit statement) may apply for a Consumables Fee Discount. Families who do not wish to pay the consumables fee may opt for our Mini Sessions, offered from 8:30am to 11:30am or from 1:30pm to 4:30pm, five days per week during term time, subject to availability.

4. Registration and Induction

  • Upon receipt of the required payment, parents will be granted access to our Registration Portal, where they must complete and submit all required registration documentation.
  • Once submitted, all documents will be reviewed and verified by management.
  • Following successful verification, parents will receive a Settling-In Booking Code, which will enable them to schedule and attend their child’s Settling-In Sessions, ahead of the agreed start date.
