TO REGISTER
When parents choose us, they will be asked to pay for their first month's invoice in advance (if attending private and a mix of private and funded sessions or do not qualify for Consumables Fee Waiver), obtain a Childcare Code to claim the Government Funded 15 or 30 Hours if required, complete our online Registration Forms, and attend the Settling in Sessions and a Video Induction Meeting. We need you to be linked to your CGPS Account if you attend University funded sessions. If you attend College-funded sessions, we require your Childcare approval before starting unless otherwise agreed in advance.

To comply with our statutory requirements, we require all compulsory forms to be completed before starting with us.
- Optional forms:
Getting to know your child. Speaking to me in my home language. FEEE parent's and provider's agreement. Parents will also be asked to read our Payments Terms before joining us. We also have answers to our commonly asked questions on our website. Parents are strongly advised to ask any questions before joining us. Our Settling In Induction Meeting allows parents to ask further questions and to be shown how to navigate our Parent's Portal.
